What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license held for at least 1 year, a credit or debit card in the driver's name, and you must be 21 or older. Some luxury classes require age 25+. Upload your license once and you're approved instantly.
Is insurance really included?
Yes. Every booking includes full coverage — collision damage waiver, theft protection, and third-party liability. You can add optional extras like a lower deductible or personal accident coverage at checkout.
Can I pick up and return at different locations?
Within the same city, pickup and return are free at any of our locations. Cross-city and one-way rentals are available with a small one-way fee shown upfront at booking — never a surprise.
What about mileage limits?
Daily plans include 100 miles per day. Weekly and monthly plans include unlimited mileage. Extra miles on daily plans are billed at $0.25/mile and shown clearly before you confirm.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Within 24 hours, you're charged one day's rental. No call centers, no runaround — cancel in one tap in the app.
